Jennifer Aniston: Yoga, "Free Burma"

Until Jennifer Aniston promises to "free Burma," Woody Harrelson pitches a fit and will not leave his trailer (USCampaignForBurma).

(National Ledger) Hollywood superstar Jennifer Aniston reportedly "quiets her mind" by doing two hours of yoga almost every other day. Jennifer, 40, said it has helped to make her legs leaner, her arms stronger, her limbs longer, as well as improving her overall posture. Reports also claim she said her muscles are more toned from a workout that is more like a therapy session. Jennifer split with husband Brad, 45, in 2005 and she reportedly said that yoga helped her to recover from that split.

Zed added that sages described "yoga" as really being the "silencing of all mental transformations."
