ClimatePalooza (USC)

Wisdom Quarterly via USC Institute of Media Literacy

ClimatePalooza is a collaborative effort by NASA’s JPL (Jet Propulsion Laboratory) and USC’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism to put a different focus on climate change. On Jan. 24 at 5:30 pm a lively event will unfold at USC. Scientists, communicators, faculty, and students at USC will approach climate preservation as the most extraordinary, exhilarating, and challenging venture our society has yet faced. JPL scientists will illustrate what is happening to Earth's biosphere and why. USC researchers will also show what is under way on campus. All participants will have a chance to speak their minds and meet new colleagues. The event is free-of-charge. The event will be held at USC, Los Angeles, and will feature presentations and exhibits by JPL scientists and others. There will also be a poster competition demonstrating the wide range of climate-related research  USC has underway. More
